FAQ

Questions we get on the phone.

Answered here the same way we answer them there. Anything missing — ask us directly.

Price and ordering

Do your prices really include everything?

Yes. Every price we quote is a final delivered price — VAT, freight, customs duty and transport to your site are already in the number, and nothing is added at invoice time. Prices arrive in your quotation rather than on the page, because costs move with metal prices and freight and we would rather confirm the number the moment you ask than publish one that has drifted.

How do I order?

There is no online payment at these ticket sizes. Add what you need to an enquiry — or paste your whole BOQ in one go — and send it. We reply within one working day with confirmation and a proforma invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or letter of credit.

Can I send you a whole outage BOQ instead of ordering item by item?

Please do. There is a paste box for parts lists at /rfq/paste/ — cells copied straight from Excel work. We match your lines against the catalogue automatically, and anything we cannot match is added as a special order in the same enquiry, so nothing is dropped.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Mostly no. Where a manufacturer imposes an MOQ, it is shown on the product page before you enquire — never discovered in the quote.

Sourcing and delivery

The part I need is not listed. Can you still get it?

Almost certainly. The catalogue is a fraction of what we source — we buy from a vetted supplier network across India, China and Nepal. Send the part number, a drawing, or a photograph of the nameplate as a special order and we will quote a final price.

How fast can you deliver?

It depends on where the item comes from and where your site is. Items our suppliers hold move in days; manufactured items carry the lead time shown on the product page. Customs clearance at Birgunj typically adds a week. If your plant is down, say so in the enquiry — urgent enquiries get answered first.

Do you deliver to remote districts?

Yes — including districts that need a transhipment. Delivery is part of the price we quote, not an extra negotiated afterwards.

Who handles customs and import paperwork?

We do. EXIM paperwork, clearance at the border and duty are our job and are included in the price. You never deal with a clearing agent.

After the order

Is there a warranty?

Every supply carries a warranty, stated on the quotation, and it is honoured by us — not passed back to a manufacturer you have never met. One person is accountable from the quote to the delivery note.

What happens to the information I send?

It is used to answer your enquiry and for nothing else. No marketing lists, no sharing with third parties. The details are in our privacy note.
