What we keep, in plain words.
When you send an enquiry
We store what you submit: your name, company, phone number, email if you give one, delivery district, the line items, your notes, and any drawings or photographs you attach — plus basic technical metadata (the browser type the enquiry came from), which helps us investigate abuse. We use it for exactly one thing — answering your enquiry and, if you order, fulfilling it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone. Supplier identities stay on our side; your identity stays with us. There is no marketing list — if we contact you, it is about your enquiry.
Browsing this site
The enquiry basket and your enquiry history live only in your own browser — we cannot see them until you press send. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it sets a cookie in your browser and that information is processed by Google outside Nepal. We never send it what you searched for, or the contents of an enquiry.
Removal
Want an enquiry and its attachments deleted? Call, WhatsApp or email us with the reference number and we will remove it.
