What to send us
A part number is ideal. A drawing is just as good. A photograph of the existing nameplate is usually better than a typed description, because it carries the rating, serial and manufacturer in one image.
Have a whole outage list? Paste it in one go — cells copied from Excel work as they are. We match your lines against the catalogue automatically; anything we cannot match is added as a special order in the same enquiry.
For runners, gates, penstock and other engineered items we need site conditions — net head, design flow and rated output. Without those, nobody can quote, including the original manufacturer.
We reply within one working day — sooner if your plant is down.
What a price includes
Everything. A price from us is a final, delivered price — VAT, freight, customs and transport to your site are already in the number. There is no breakdown to decode and nothing added at invoice time.
Prices arrive in your quotation — costs move with metal prices and freight, so we confirm the number at the moment you ask rather than publish one that may have drifted. Same promise either way: one figure, everything included.
Payment
Bank transfer or letter of credit, against a proforma invoice. We do not take card or wallet payment — at these ticket sizes it is the wrong instrument and the fees would come out of your price.
Delivery
We clear customs and arrange transport to site, including districts that need a transhipment. Lead times on the catalogue exclude clearance, which typically adds a week at Birgunj and longer if documentation is queried.
Special orders
Not in the catalogue?
The catalogue is the part of our range that carries a published price — not the limit of what we source. Every category page and the search box offer a special-order path: describe the item, attach what you have, and we come back with one final delivered price like any other quote.
